Meet Kylie Johnson – an inspiring artist, author and wellbeing facilitator whose work beautifully combines creativity, connection and positive psychology to nurture mental health and resilience.
Based at the stunning Bayview Boathouse Art Studio on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Kylie has dedicated her career to helping people of all ages rediscover the joy, calm and connection that creativity can bring. Through her signature Paint & Sip experiences, mindful painting workshops, children’s art classes, school holiday programs and wellbeing events, she creates welcoming spaces where people can slow down, be present and connect with both themselves and others.
Beyond the canvas, Kylie is also the creator of a beautiful collection of wellbeing resources, including affirmation card decks, mindfulness colouring books and published works designed to inspire confidence, self-awareness and positive mindsets. Endorsed by psychologists and embraced by teachers, parents, therapists and coaches, her resources have become valuable tools for supporting mental wellbeing in homes, schools and communities.
When she’s not facilitating workshops or creating new resources, Kylie can be found painting breathtaking canvas artworks inspired by nature, boats and life’s most treasured memories, while also creating heartfelt commissioned pieces that capture special moments for families.
We’re so excited to welcome Kylie to the Social Butterfly Girlfriends community. Her passion for bringing women together through creativity, meaningful connection and wellbeing perfectly aligns with everything our community stands for, and we know you’ll love getting to know the beautiful person behind the paintbrush.
