Hi, my name is Angela Bambino and I’m the founder of Interiors by Angela. My passion for Interior Design began from an early age after witnessing my father build houses. As a child, I was always fascinated and inspired by the building process and selection of materials and l remember going to site with my dad and visualizing how the interiors would look.
In my early 20s, I decided to go to university to study Interior Design (now referred to as Interior Architecture). Shortly after graduating, I landed a role with Tabcorp and found myself working on various interior projects, like marquees, casinos, hospitality venues, corporate boxes, our office spaces, all while also working on residential projects for family and friends
Sadly, due to COVID and the financial impact it has had on businesses, on the 16th October 2020, my almost 16-year long term-career at Tabcorp came to an end. Even though, I was confronted with a loss, I still found gratitude in my heart to have experienced such a good run with a company that not only challenged me but also helped me learn, grow and persevere to become the person I am today.
Instead of feeling sorry for myself, I decided it was time to establish my own interior design business, Interiors by Angela, specialising in Residential and Hospitality Design.
I am truly excited about this new business venture of mine and I’ve even managed to forge a new working relationship with Tabcorp.
