My name is Rana Kordahi, and I am determined to make everyone fall in love with selling. I want to make the word ‘sales’ sound hip, rather than slimy. I want people to be like, ‘oh wow you work in sales!’ Yes, let them react the same way as when someone tells them that they are a surgeon. Okay maybe it’s a little stretch. But still.
I truly believe that everyone is a salesperson, whether they like it or not. Because we don’t only sell products and services, but ideas, thoughts, opinions and even our personalities. I have trained and coached thousands of sales and non-salespeople in the art of sales, influence, mindset, leadership and personal development. Including hundreds of consultants at some of the big 4 consulting firms in courses such as Core Skills, Becoming a Trusted Advisor and Leading Successful Engagements.
Being a Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and mindset coach, I combine NLP, mindset, EQ and psychology to sales techniques to take people beyond their sales potential.
After many years of sales, and coaching experience, I decided to start my own business in 2013, The Selling Academy, and since then It’s been quite the journey. One of my hobbies is running and growing my business. It’s actually fun! As well as making an impact on small businesses and companies in teaching them how to grow their sales, and business.
