Eight years ago, I started Lead Source with a simple but powerful idea: to help businesses grow by connecting them with more customers, while also giving young people real opportunities to learn, grow, and build their confidence.
We began by running promotional campaigns in shopping centres—handing out flyers, engaging with shoppers, and promoting brands in a fun, professional way. Over time, we turned these basic activities into a smart and effective way for businesses to generate leads and boost sales.
Today, Lead Source trains and supports young people to represent brands with energy and purpose. We teach them how to communicate, take responsibility, and really own their role—giving them valuable life and work skills along the way.
My dream is to eventually hand the business over to someone in their 30s with fresh ideas and strong digital skills, who can grow it further while staying true to its heart: people first.
