This is Chels –ok so a bit about me….. I help others achieve their life goals though promoting a healthy lifestyle and education specific to their needs.
Growing up, I spent my days by the ocean and in nature. I was a very active child, participating in sports and always loved to dance.
My spirituality came from a deep connection with nature & the ocean. After studying Marine Biology I found the courage to leave home and pursue a career in Fisheries Management in Canberra.
Canberra’s lifestyle played a massive influence in my decision to actively get involved in the fitness industry as exercise plays such an essential part in my life.
Becoming more absorbed in fitness, I learnt to better understand the importance of looking after your body.
Working as a model & competing in Miss Universe & Miss World pageants as well as bikini competitions helped further develop my confidence and taught me the importance of finding harmonisation in all areas of life; Mind body & soul.
I believe nourishing organic foods are one of the three keys to unlock more energy. A consistent exercise plan to suit your lifestyle & an empowered mindset complete the three keys to achieving balance.
The stunning results I see from teaching people the importance of the three keys leaves me feeling inspired and fulfilling my purpose in life.
I love to dance and have a good time. I am quite the socialite, attending prestigious events and hosting charity balls.
I am looking forward to sharing with you my new holistic health and wellness online videos and tailored programs soon.
I will also be running workshops in the next month in Sydney and Canberra to promote these programs.
